I knew 4 years ago that Eco logic wasn’t just a company but a group of really great people that we are blessed to have servicing our area in Cave Creek. They’re locals and love our community. Today I just wanted to tell them thank you for going above and beyond to care for our community and go above and beyond. Michael, tell your guy thank you so much for giving my dog water today. We accidentally shut the dog door thinking she was inside, and she was outside probably for about two hours. He was here doing the pest service and gave her a bowl of water. I don’t wanna sound dramatic, but might have saved her life. We actually saw him on the camera giving her that water and that’s how we put two and two together that we had locked her outside and we went home and let her in about 20 minutes later. We have been using Ecologic Management for years and they keep this mom's anxiety and fears away but keeping all of the creepy critters away. We had an urgent bee hive situation one day and with toddler and three dogs they were there on the same day and handled the situation so fast and kept us all safe. Not to mention we recently moved to a new property in cave creek which brings out a lot of desert wildlife and some not so friendly pests. They snake proofed out entire property and got rid of our termites that could have led to a bigger issue. They are always a quick phone call away if I come upon anything unwanted that needs removal and extremely responsive. We use them on a monthly basis for general pest control and their chemicals are always safe & non toxic which Is a huge determiner for me being pregnant and with a toddler and three very active dogs. They are always responsive, on time, communicative and friendly. Great company! I called because I was having some major ant issues, along with other crawling pests inside and out of my home. From the phone call into the office to schedule the service, all the way through to the service everything was smooth, they were all very kind, they were able to answer all of my questions, they were on time, and most importantly the bugs and ants are gone! Mosquitoes were making it impossible to enjoy our patio and back yard. Eco-Logic came and sprayed and we were able to sit out that same evening without the little buggers whining around our heads and chewing our arms. Their office staff is efficient and on top of the details, and their tech was super friendly, arrived on time and explained what he would be doing around our property. I had used Eco-Logic last year for an eruption of cinch bugs and had the same great service. They also saved me some money when we had an ant problem in the kitchen and told me how to deal with it before having to have them come out to treat. Great company and terrific people.
